By registering on LogiBase, you agree to these terms on behalf of your company. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate logistics business registered in Nigeria. You must provide accurate KYC information. LogiBase reserves the right to refuse service to any company.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password secure. Notify us immediately at support@logibase.ng if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not share login credentials.
All companies must complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration. Submitting false KYC documents is grounds for immediate account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities. LogiBase reserves the right to re-verify companies at any time.
LogiBase is for legitimate Nigerian logistics operations only. You may not use the platform for illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or transporting prohibited goods. Automated scraping or API abuse is prohibited.
Payments are processed by Paystack under their terms. LogiBase charges platform fees as described in the pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless stated otherwise.
You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws when collecting your customers' personal information through LogiBase. You must have a legitimate reason to collect customer data.
LogiBase targets 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by platform downtime, though we will credit equivalent service time for unplanned outages exceeding 1 hour.
LogiBase, its logo, smart address engine, and all platform code are owned by ProStackNG. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform. Your company data and order history remain your property.
You may cancel your account at any time. LogiBase may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit fraudulent KYC, or engage in abuse. On termination, you have 30 days to export your data.
LogiBase is a platform connecting logistics companies with their customers. We are not a party to, and are not liable for, the outcome of any delivery. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for platform fees in the preceding 3 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rivers State, Nigeria, or by mutual agreement via arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
